Hi, and welcome to the investor page. In case we haven't met, I'm Steve Forster, the proud founder of Mockup Page. I've built numerous code and wysiwyg editors over the years starting right back in 1996. At that time the web was new and a Kiwi by the name of Steve Outtrim happened to be living a couple of suburbs away and built the first popular webcode editor called Hotdog. I bought a copy, learnt HTML and started building a bunch of websites with it, and I loved the way it worked. You highlighted the text, clicked the Bold icon and it wrapped bold HTML tags around the text. After a while I noticed numerous sites had baked javascript into their code to add more functionality and immediately began working with it. At some point fairly early I realised I could build my own custom webcode editor with javascript and use it in the browser window. That began an odyssey of building web based webpage editors with Mockup Page being the most recent. Mockup Page is different to most online web editing systems which, seem to come in two varieties. On one hand we have popular wysiwyg platforms like Sketch, InVision and Zeplin which are really wireframing apps used by designers, UI and UX developers. On the other hand we have popular wysiwyg platforms like Wordpress where business owners can publish their own sites. Now in my opinion I didn't think we needed another Wordpress CMS or wireframe app. Primarily because there's plenty out there. What I thought we did need was an app that allowed anyone, regardless of experience to be able test out new ideas for their website instantly. Not in 30 seconds, not in 2 minutes. Instantly. And that's what Mockup Page offers. It sits outside the website ecosystem and isn't constrained by blockers like waiting for databases to update before you can test anything. So in that sense, Mockup Page is ideation software rather than web design or wireframe software. It's been engineered to Be used by anyone Operate fast Show results instantly And that's what it does. So where is Mockup Page today and where is it going? Here today I'm proud to announce it's operational and ready for business. More additions and refinements are planned but it works nicely right out of the box. All it needs is the right traffic in front of it. And what is the right traffic? Here I see 3 user journeys. One for pro design teams who might use apps like Sketch, another for business owners who might use CMS' like Wordpress and a third for sales teams to show their ideas to clients and prospects. Mockup Page helps all these audiences by simply speeding up the "ideation" process. It saves time, money and frustration while enabling them to deliver a better website experience and have a better experience doing it. It's moderately priced at between $49-$79 US a year and the potential market is huge, well into the tens of millions of users. So where is it going? One of Mockup Page's endearing qualities is it's uncluttered and operates fast. This is the direction I would like to keep going down. There is plenty of room to build in new verticals in the form of digital assets or education as well as room to build the things we haven't thought of yet so there's no end of possibilities. As for an exit plan, everything is on the table and how it performs over the next few years will likely steer the direction of an exit. So what's on offer for you the investor and what does Mockup Page require in return. This opportunity is open to investors both silent and active. We're offering 1% equity for $25,000 with total equity available in this round of 10%. So 10 investors can buy 1% or 1 investor might buy 10%. Further rounds may be sought as the platform evolves although may not be necessary depending on the uptake. Currently the thinking is equity is returned as a percentage of net profits annually however the door is open to exploring multiple ways of doing this. The sales target is to achieve 10000 happy users within 12 months and to do this will require keeping the lights on and raising awareness. For every 10000 users we will generate between $490000 and $790000 gross revenue. If Mockup Page we able to achieve 200K users our annual recurring revenue would be between 10-16M. Wages haven't been factored in yet as I'm the sole employee however team members will be added as required and advertising is yet to be determined. I'll wrap this up now and thank you for considering being part of the Mockup Page journey.
